Gayle Romasanta

We’re excited to announce the list of women confirmed for PMSThroughArt’s 2011 production! And before we drop any spoilers to the production, we bring you a closer look at each woman involved.

Gayle Romasanta

Gayle Romasanta – Writing Facilitator – currently lives on a small ranch in northern California. She happily writes her stories in an armchair meant for sleeping. She received her MFA from California College of the Arts and co-founded CCA’s graduate literary arts journal, Eleven Eleven. Her written work has been featured in numerous venues and publications, most recently in the upcoming anthology, Southeast Asian Women in the Diaspora: Troubling Borders in Literature and Art, Field of Mirrors: An Anthology of Philippine American Writers, Walang Hiya: Literature Taking Risks Toward Liberatory Practice, and Litquake San Francisco’s Literary Festival. Her theater/film/music work has been featured on National Public Radio, Houston Asian American Music Festival, San Francisco Asian American Jazz Festival, Cultural Center of the Philippines, and the Gene Siskel Center for Film.
